Hello everyone
Sorry I have had troubles with blogging, but all seems to be good now.

Well tonight we had home made enchiladas from the Meet on the Menu cookbook, even made the tortilla's, now they where a hit. 

So excited that my first customer has been inspired and made so many things on her first weekend,  it is great to see.

Tomorrow night having pumpkin risotto in preparation for a demo coming up.  hope it works out as well as the mushroom one does.
